US signature vendors were ruled out: the Cloud Act undermines GDPR as soon as personal project data leaves German processing. Sign2x stays 100% on Open Sovereign Cloud (OSC) from T-Systems, optionally on-premise, and covers SES, AES, QES and electronic seals through one API. Closing flows embed into existing consulting workflows, cycle times drop by up to 80%, administrative process cost by up to 50%, and licensing stays up to 20% below established vendors.
